Enamelled tesserae sold in batches, - DIY kits to create mosaics, - Mosaic portraits assembled by our artists
or for self-assembly (with framing option), - Pixelated mosaic portraits created by our artists or offered as DIY
kits (with framing option). The photographs and descriptions of the products on the website are presented with
the utmost care to reflect reality. However, they are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a
contractual commitment. **3. Orders** Customers can place orders online via the website. All orders are
final after validation and full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the order. Alea Mosaic reserves
the right to refuse an order in cases of non-payment, disputes, or product unavailability. **4. Prices and
Payment** Prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (?) for European countries, Moroccan dirhams (MAD) for
Morocco, and US dollars (USD) for the United States and other countries. These prices do not include shipping fees,

packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. **7. Warranty and Returns** In
case of a confirmed defect in a product, the Customer may request an exchange or refund. Proof (photo or video) of the
defect must be provided. Incomplete or damaged kits must be reported within 7 days of receipt. **8.
Liability** Alea Mosaic cannot be held responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the products, such as
incorrect assembly of mosaics. **9. Intellectual Property** All content on the website (texts, images,
logos, designs) is the exclusive property of Alea Mosaic. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior
authorization. **10. Data Protection** Personal data collected during orders is used exclusively for
